Why am I thankful to Hillary? She exemplified what all my life I hoped to see when a woman finally ran for President. She was sympathetic, passionate, brilliant, indefatigable, and tough throughout this long hard campaign. She did what had I always hoped a woman would do – she rubbed elbows with us, and she listened. And every step of the way, she made me proud. She did everything the boys had to do, but she danced circles around all of them (including Obama). And she did it the way Ginger Rogers had to, backwards and in high heels – not to mention looking beautiful.
